Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern your subscription to CryptoLivePulse paid plans (Pro, Elite, and Enterprise). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these terms.
1. Subscription Plans
CryptoLivePulse offers the following subscription plans:
- Free: Basic features available at no cost
- Pro: $19/month (or $15/month when billed annually)
- Elite: $39/month (or $35/month when billed annually)
- Enterprise: Custom pricing for teams
Plan features and pricing are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page.
2. Billing and Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected billing cycle. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for each renewal period. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your subscription.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
To cancel, go to your account settings and follow the cancellation instructions. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
4. 3-Day Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility (New Subscriptions Only)
We offer a 3-day refund window for first-time subscribers. If you cancel within 3 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of the initial payment. Renewal payments are not refundable unless required by law.
To request a refund under this policy:
- Cancel your subscription through your account settings
- Contact us through our Help Center within 3 days of your initial purchase
- Select "Subscription & Billing" as your inquiry type
- Include your account email and the date of your initial purchase
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. After the 3-day window, no refunds will be provided except as required by law.
5. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will notify you of price changes at least 30 days in advance via email. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
6. Payment Methods
We accept payment through our payment provider. Accepted payment methods may vary and are subject to change. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and up to date.
7. Payment Provider
We may change our payment provider at any time. If we change providers, we will notify you in advance. Your subscription will continue uninterrupted, but you may need to update your payment method.
8. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the payment. If payment continues to fail, we may suspend or terminate your subscription. You will be notified of payment failures via email. It is your responsibility to keep your payment method current.
9. Subscription Upgrades and Downgrades
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
10. No Refunds for Partial Periods or Renewals
Except for the 3-day refund policy for new subscriptions described above, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or renewal payments. If you cancel mid-period, you will retain access until the end of the period you have paid for.
