Referral Terms

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Referral Program, you must:

• Have an active CryptoLivePulse account
• Be at least 18 years old
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not be prohibited from participating by law or these terms

2. Valid Referrals

A referral is considered valid when:

• A new user signs up using your unique referral link
• The referred user completes one full paid month of subscription
• The referred user does not cancel within 3 days of subscription
• The referral is not fraudulent or in violation of these terms

Free-tier signups will appear in your referral list but will not generate credits until the referred user upgrades to a paid subscription.

3. Credits and Rewards

For each valid referral, you will earn:

• $5 credit for each friend who becomes a paid subscriber
• $10 milestone bonus at referral counts: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and so on

Credits are automatically applied to future subscription invoices. Credits do not expire and will roll forward until used.

4. Credit Expiration

Credits earned through the Referral Program do not expire. They will remain in your account until applied to a subscription invoice. If your account is terminated, unused credits will be forfeited.

5. Anti-Fraud Measures

We actively monitor the Referral Program for fraudulent activity. The following practices are strictly prohibited:

• Self-Referrals: Creating multiple accounts to refer yourself
• Fake Accounts: Creating fake or bot accounts to generate referrals
• Circumvention: Using technical means to bypass referral validation
• Abuse: Any other activity intended to fraudulently generate referrals or credits

Violations will result in immediate termination from the program, forfeiture of all credits, and potential account termination.

6. Referral Tracking

Referrals are tracked automatically when users sign up using your unique referral link. You can view your referral status, pending referrals, and credit balance in your account dashboard. We are not responsible for tracking failures due to technical issues, ad blockers, or user actions that prevent proper tracking.

7. Program Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Modify referral rewards, credit amounts, or program rules at any time
• Terminate the Referral Program at any time with advance notice
• Terminate individual participation for violations of these terms
• Disqualify specific referrals that violate program rules

Material changes to the program will be communicated to active participants. Credits already earned will be honored unless earned through fraudulent means.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Lost or missed referrals due to technical issues
• Credits not applied due to system errors
• Changes to the program that affect future earnings
• Termination of the program
