1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on CryptoLivePulse infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be valid, your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on our platform (with specific URLs)
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
2. Submitting a Takedown Notice
Please submit DMCA takedown notices through our Help Center and select "DMCA / Copyright" as your inquiry type. Include all required information listed above.
Note: We do not provide a public email address for DMCA notices to avoid spam. All notices must be submitted through our Help Center form.
3. Processing Takedown Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Review the notice for completeness and validity
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material
- Provide the user with information about submitting a counter-notice
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. To be valid, your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, phone number, and email

Submit counter-notices through our Help Center with "DMCA / Copyright" as the inquiry type.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. A user may be considered a repeat infringer after receiving multiple valid DMCA takedown notices.
6. False Claims
Knowingly submitting a false DMCA takedown notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please ensure you have a good faith basis for your claim before submitting a notice.
