Affiliate Terms

1. Program Overview

The CryptoLivePulse Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring new customers to our platform. Commission rates and terms are subject to change and will be communicated to approved affiliates.

2. Application and Approval

Participation in the Affiliate Program requires application and approval by TekTagma. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed, and we may reject applications for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Incomplete or inaccurate application information
• History of prohibited practices (see Section 4)
• Incompatibility with our brand values
• Legal or regulatory concerns

3. Commission Rules

Commissions are earned when referred customers complete a paid subscription. Commission rates, payment schedules, and minimum payout thresholds will be communicated to approved affiliates. We reserve the right to:

• Modify commission rates with advance notice
• Reverse commissions for fraudulent or invalid referrals
• Withhold payments for violations of these terms
• Require minimum performance thresholds to remain in the program

4. Prohibited Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions:

• Spam: Sending unsolicited emails, messages, or communications promoting CryptoLivePulse
• Misleading Claims: Making false, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims about our services
• Trademark Bidding: Bidding on our trademarks or brand names in search engine advertising without written permission
• Self-Referrals: Creating accounts or subscriptions for yourself or related parties
• Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraud, manipulation, or abuse of the affiliate system
• Violation of Laws: Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

6. FTC Disclosure Requirement

If you are subject to U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with CryptoLivePulse when promoting our services. This disclosure must be:

• Clear and easy to understand
• Placed prominently near any affiliate links or promotional content
• Written in plain language (e.g., "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link")

Failure to provide proper disclosure may result in termination from the program and legal consequences.

7. Commission Reversals

Commissions may be reversed if:

• A referred customer cancels within the refund period
• A referral is determined to be fraudulent or invalid
• You violate these Affiliate Terms
• A referred customer requests a refund and we determine the referral was improper

8. Affiliate Links and Materials

Approved affiliates will receive unique affiliate links and may be provided with promotional materials. You may only use materials provided or approved by us. You may not modify our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without written permission.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. We may terminate immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination:

• You must immediately stop using affiliate links and promotional materials
• You will forfeit any unpaid commissions if termination is due to violation of terms
• You may be required to return or destroy promotional materials

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Affiliate Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active affiliates. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
