Abuse of Systems

Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the operation of our services or the experience of other users. This includes denial of service attacks, spamming, or any malicious activity.

Automation Misuse

Using automation tools, scripts, or bots in ways that violate our terms or place undue burden on our systems. This includes creating excessive API requests, automating account creation, or using automation to circumvent rate limits.

Fraud

Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: creating fake accounts, providing false information, attempting to defraud us or other users, or participating in referral or affiliate fraud.

Circumvention of Rate Limits

Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or exceed rate limits through technical means, multiple accounts, or any other method. Rate limits are in place to ensure fair usage and system stability.

2. Rate Limits

We implement rate limits to ensure fair usage and system stability. Rate limits may vary by feature and user tier. You agree to respect these limits and not attempt to circumvent them. Excessive requests may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.

3. Content and Communications

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Transmit or store malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or communications
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
